FramIQ Pro terms of use
Last updated: 2 September 2026These terms govern the use of FramIQ Pro, the postural assessment software for practitioners. They are separate from the terms of use of the FramIQ consumer app, which address the rider.

2. Who the service is for
FramIQ Pro is a strictly professional tool. It is reserved for practitioners and organisations carrying out postural assessments: osteopaths, physiotherapists, bike fitters, shops, sports teams. It is neither designed nor sold for personal use.
By using the service, you confirm that you are acting in the course of your professional activity and hold the qualifications required to receive and examine the people whose data you enter.
3. Access and financial terms
Access to FramIQ Pro is granted after getting in touch. Financial terms, commitment period, renewal arrangements and the exact scope of features are agreed case by case, in the contract signed with each practitioner or organisation, according to their size and needs.
This website publishes no pricing. The terms that apply to you are solely those of the contract you signed. Where that contract and these terms differ, the contract prevails.

4. Nature of the tool
FramIQ Pro is a measurement and decision support tool. It computes values from measurements you take and proposes settings, but it makes no diagnosis and in no way replaces your clinical judgement.
The recommendations it produces are indicative. It is for you to weigh them, adapt them to the person in front of you, and take responsibility for applying them. The stated accuracy of measurements derived from video analysis depends on filming conditions and is not guaranteed.
5. Your obligations
- Consent. You collect each person's consent before entering their data, using the screen provided for that purpose in the app.
- Data protection. You are the data controller under the GDPR for your patients' data. The respective roles are set out in the privacy policy.
- Account. Your credentials are personal. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for any use made from your account. Report any suspicious use without delay.
- Accuracy. You are answerable for the accuracy of the measurements you enter and of the information carried on the documents you issue, invoices included.
- Invoicing. Invoices produced by the app are issued under your responsibility and under your own registration number. FramIQ does not invoice your patients on your behalf.
- Fair use. You will not access the service by circumvention, decompile it, extract its databases, or make it available to third parties outside the agreed scope.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its calculation engines, its frame geometry database, its interface and its content remain the exclusive property of the publisher. The contract grants you a personal, non-exclusive right of use for the agreed term. It transfers no ownership.
The data you enter, and your patients' records, belong to you. The publisher uses them only to operate the service.
7. Availability
The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. The service may be suspended for maintenance, with notice wherever possible.
Your session data remains readable on your device even when the server is unavailable: the app works offline and synchronises afterwards.
8. Liability
The publisher cannot be held liable for the fitting decisions you make, for the consequences of an incorrect measurement entered by you, or for any failure to meet your own professional and ethical obligations.
Nor can it be held liable for data loss following the loss, theft or failure of your device, where synchronisation had not been carried out.
None of these limitations applies in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or in any case where French law prohibits them.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the FramIQ Pro privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
10. Term and termination
Term, renewal and termination arrangements are set out in your contract.
On termination, you have thirty days to export your records from the app. After that period, the publisher deletes the data associated with your account, subject to the statutory retention periods set out in the privacy policy.
The publisher may suspend access in the event of a serious breach of these terms, after a formal notice has gone unanswered, except where the security of the service demands immediate action.
11. Changes
These terms may change. The last updated date appears at the top of the page. Any substantial change is flagged inside the app, and you then have a reasonable period in which to refuse it by terminating the contract.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute will be brought before the courts having jurisdiction over the publisher's registered office, subject to mandatory rules of jurisdiction.
