Creation of FramIQ
Development of FramIQ, the iOS biomechanical bike fitting application. The goal: make the clinic's postural analysis protocols accessible, using pose detection from Apple's Vision Framework. Saddle height formulas, target joint angles, asymmetry correction, saddle and frame recommendation engine: the same principles as in professional fittings.

What an osteopath brings to bike fitting
Cycling biomechanics
Analysis of joint angles — knee, hip, torso and ankle. Position optimisation by discipline, road, gravel, MTB or triathlon, and correction of postural asymmetries.
Sports osteopathy
Identification and treatment of the mobility restrictions that distort the position on the bike: limited thoracic rotation, asymmetric pelvis, leg length discrepancy, postural compensations.
Musculoskeletal ultrasound
In-clinic imaging to visualise tendon and muscle structures. It makes it possible to confirm an Achilles tendinopathy, a bursitis or a muscle lesion before touching the position.
Cyclist pathologies
Management of bike-related pain: patellofemoral syndrome, iliotibial band, lower back and neck pain, perineal and hand numbness. There is a direct link between the clinical diagnosis and the bike setting.
