Postural assessment,
as a clinical tool
FramIQ Pro turns bike fitting into a reproducible clinical act: measure anthropometry and video, recommend through biomechanical engines, follow each patient over time.
Clinical rigour,
at last in bike fitting.
Where fitting is so often done by feel, FramIQ Pro sets down a measurement, a recommendation and a follow-up: measured, on-device and reproducible, session after session.
Objective measurement
Guided anthropometry, and joint angles read by video pose detection.
On-device computation
The biomechanical engines run on the device: the calculation depends on no server.
10,000+ frames
Compare reach / stack against the geometry database to guide the choice.
Recorded follow-up
Patients and sessions kept, comparable from one visit to the next.
Full-width photo · cyclist in position / practiceThree stages, one tool.
From anthropometry to the report handed to the patient, everything happens in a single app, built for the tempo of a consultation.
Measure, frame by frame
Anthropometry is taken in the practice, guided field by field: inseam, torso, arm, sit-bone width. Video does the rest, with pose detection reading the joint angles straight off the pedalling motion: knee at extension, hip, trunk, elbow.
Recommend, with the figures to back it
The biomechanical engines cross your measurements with the patient's discipline and goal: saddle height and setback, target reach and stack, saddle choice, cleat rotation and setback. Every value is computed on the device, so you see the figure and the reasoning behind it, never a black box.
Follow up, session after session
Every session is recorded in the patient's file: position, angles, settings and observations. From one visit to the next you compare, you make the progress measurable, and you hand over a clear report. Invoicing follows, in the same tool.

Built by a clinician
Designed by an osteopath D.O. who practises bike fitting, not by a generalist software house.
Local and transparent computation
You see the figures and the logic behind them, never an opaque score.
All in one
From measurement to recommendation, from the patient record to invoicing, in a single tool.
Beyond the fit
Frame search across 10,000+ geometries and an aero module with CdA estimation, both rare in this kind of tool.
FramIQ Pro is the professional tool derived from FramIQ, the consumer app rated 5 out of 5 on the App Store (6 reviews).
Why FramIQ?
What a clinical measurement tool changes, set against eyeballing or a one-off traditional fitting.

Frequently asked questions
What is FramIQ Pro?
FramIQ Pro is postural assessment (bike fitting) software for practitioners, on iPhone and iPad. It measures, recommends and follows up on every patient.
Who is it for?
Osteopaths, physiotherapists, bike fitters, shops and teams who carry out bike fitting sessions.
How does it differ from the FramIQ consumer app?
FramIQ Pro adds patient records, invoicing, GDPR consent, advanced calculation engines and the aero module. The consumer app is aimed at the rider.
Measure, recommend, follow up.
Run a demo on your own hardware, with your own cases, and start your first session.
