Module 001

Fit your bike, based on your real position

You film yourself pedalling, the app reads your joint angles live and returns the settings to apply: saddle height and setback, stem, handlebar, crank length. Not a formula applied blindly — a measurement made on you.

What it does

What the module measures

Sixteen body points tracked frame by frame, on every pedal cycle.

Knee angle in extension

141° to 152°

Measured at bottom dead centre, the most important validation of your saddle height.

Hip opening

40° to 60°

It tells whether your position is sustainable or whether you compensate through the pelvis and lower back.

Torso angle

30° to 55°

It depends on reach and handlebar height. A different target per discipline.

Elbow flexion

25° to 40°

A locked elbow transfers the load to the wrists and stiffens the front end.

Points tracked

16 points

Pose detection by Apple's Vision Framework, in real time on the iPhone.

What you get

Settings, not a vague diagnosis

Position measurements

Saddle height and setback, stem height and length, handlebar width, crank length. In millimetres, with the difference from your current setting.

Saddle module

Sit bone width, shape and flex. A saddle that is too narrow or too stiff does as much damage as a wrong height.

Simulator

You change a measurement, you see the effect on your angles before touching an Allen key.

PDF report

Your settings, your angles and your measurements, exportable and comparable between two analyses.

The process

How an analysis works

  1. Your body measurements

Height, inseam, arms, shoulders, sit bone width. The engine calibrates on your data, not on an average.

  2. The setup

A stable mount, iPhone in side view, ideally an indoor trainer. Ten minutes is enough.

  3. The analysis

You pedal, the app measures continuously on every pedal cycle.

  4. The corrections

Millimetre-level settings, prioritised. You apply in 3 mm increments and re-validate.

All video processing happens on your iPhone. No image is ever sent to a server.
