FramIQ frame comparator: reach, stack and recommended size
Two frames side by side, on your own measurements

What it does

What the comparator looks at

Two measurements decide almost everything: stack and reach.

Stack

The vertical height between the bottom bracket axle and the top of the head tube. It determines your possible handlebar height.

Reach

The horizontal distance on the same reference. It sets your extension — and the back pain when it is too long.

Required stem

For each frame, the stem length and angle that bring you back to your target position.

Referenced frames

10,000+

Road, gravel, MTB, triathlon and time trial, across nearly 50 brands.

Simultaneous comparison

3

Three frames side by side, same measurements, same reference position.

What you get

A decision, not a table of numbers

Recommended size

Per model and per brand, derived from your morphology and your target position — not from your height in centimetres.

Gap to your position

How many millimetres are missing or in excess, and whether a stem is enough to correct it.

Matched to your body

The geometries that best match your profile, including the ones you would not have looked at.

Comparison with your current bike

Your starting measurement serves as the reference, which makes the gap readable at a glance.

The process

How to use it

  1. Your target position

It comes from your video analysis, or from your body measurements if you have not filmed yet.

  2. You pick the frames

Up to three models, all sizes, from the referenced database.

  3. You read the gaps

Stack, reach, required stem, recommended size. Side by side.

  4. You decide before buying

A frame that needs a 130 mm stem to fit you is not the right frame.

The comparator can be browsed in the free version. Matching against your target position requires paid access, one-time purchase or subscription.

Check the geometry before you reach for your wallet

A badly sized frame cannot be fixed with accessories. Compare the measurements first — browsing is free.
