Information
Accessibility
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This page describes the accessibility features supported by the FramIQ app on iPhone and iPad, and the alternatives provided where a feature does not apply. It complements the accessibility information on the App Store page.
Supported features
On iPhone and iPad:
- VoiceOver. Buttons, fields and settings have a readable name. Purely decorative icons are ignored.
- Voice Control. Buttons can be triggered by saying their name.
- Larger Text. Text follows the size chosen in your device settings.
- Dark Interface. The app follows your device's dark mode.
- Differentiate Without Color Alone. No information relies on color alone: differences are signed (+ or −), scores have a label and every state also has a text or a symbol.
- Sufficient Contrast. Text keeps sufficient contrast with its background, in light and dark mode.
- Reduced Motion. With the “Reduce Motion” setting on, decorative animations are reduced or removed.
Captions and audio descriptions do not apply: the app plays no video with sound.
Everyday tasks
These features apply to the app's everyday tasks:
- choosing your riding type and entering your body measurements;
- getting your position settings (saddle, stem, handlebar);
- comparing up to 3 frames before buying;
- setting up your cleats;
- finding your reports, exporting them as PDF and receiving your practitioner's report;
- managing your account and purchases.
Exceptions and alternatives
Pedaling video analysis
Filming yourself pedaling means placing the phone and checking that you are fully in the frame: this step cannot be operated with VoiceOver. You can skip it with “Continue without video analysis”. Your settings are then calculated from your body measurements, with partial precision: without the angles measured in motion or the asymmetries.
Foot photo for cleats
The photo is optional. Without it, choose the rotation of each foot yourself (Int., Neutral or Ext.): your cleat setup is then calculated from your choice instead of the measurement.
Aero measurement
Measuring your CdA with the camera means placing the phone in front of your bike, by sight. Key moments and the result are announced out loud, but there is no other way to measure. Without a measurement, the Aero tab of your position results estimates your CdA from your body measurements.
Cropping a photo
Cropping the photo of a bike in your garage or your profile photo is done with gestures. With VoiceOver, tap “Done” to keep the suggested framing.
